I was born and raised in Vancouver and had the opportunity to experience, and explore this vibrant city from a young age. I moved to Surrey in the mid 90’s to South Surrey to attend high school. Through my high school years I lived in South Surrey, Fleetwood, and Newton exposing me to Neighborhoods most lifetime residents of Surrey would never get the chance to discover.



One thing that I am glad to have experienced firsthand was the home buying/selling process. I have seen the amounts of stress and planning involved every time my family and I moved. I want nothing more than to help reduce the amount of stress and planning you will incur. As my client, I pledge to make this process as painless as possible for everyone involved.                 



I have held long-term positions with top ranked Canadian companies (Canada revenue agency, VanCity savings credit union, Telus, Rogers communications) whose main focus was on their commitment to their clients, values, and communities. Being constantly exposed to this type of atmosphere, these values were instilled in me. I believe that in all aspects of this business, the clients best interests are kept if commitment, respect, confidentiality, extraordinary client service are all maintained.



Along with life, work, and extensive travel experience, I also have a diverse educational background. Through BCIT I enrolled in Financial Management as well as Architectural and Building Engineering Technology (A.B.E.T.). Financial Management gave me skills such as having the ability to analyze the profitability of a company based on past trends, capital, marketing business and product ideas, and current market trends. Isn’t this what you look for as an investor in Real Estate?  Let’s work collectively and put my experience to work for you. I completed A.B.E.T. and received the Dipl.Tech. Designation with a specialization in Economics of construction operations. There was a significant amount of attention placed on understanding the types of contracts involved in construction, and the fundamentals of these contracts. Also involved was land valuation techniques, economic factors affecting Real Estate/construction, and feasibility of land development. I’m sure by now you’ve read all of the above and just cannot wait to let my experience put you and your family into the right home.
