How I will work for the Buyer to get you into your home as quickly as possible:
1.The statement above stands correct. So that you know you have my commitment to provide you the best service possible I will sign an agreement saying I am devoted to being your Agent.
2.Have you fill out my Buyers Questionnaire to find out more about you and your family’s needs when looking for a neighborhood to live in.
3.Get the Buyer prequalified so that we can maximize your home buying potential.
4.I can help you make the right home buying decision by:
-Discussing positive and negative features of the home and neighborhood
-Review the supply and demand of homes in the same price range
-Based on the above, I will recommend a negotiating position.
5.I will complete a Comparative Market Analysis in order to help you determine the right price to offer.
6.I will refer you to a competent, experienced lender who will recommend financing terms that are in your best interest.
7.Discuss all addendums, counter offers, and contingencies to ensure that they are written in your best interest.
8.Be sure to refer you to a reputable Home Inspector so that we can finalize the purchase and have all other contingencies removed in the specified time frame as per the contract.
9.We will go through and complete the final walk through so that you, the Buyer, will have the chance to see that the condition of the home is the same as the day you made your offer.
10.Congratulations on your new purchase! The keys will be delivered to you at your new home.
