Before I consider listing a home I do a thorough investigation of the neighborhood. I examine how it fits into City of Surrey’s long term neighborhood plan, what has been happening in and around the neighborhood, and the features and benefits of your home compared to the rest of your neighbors. Only then do I compile a Comparative Market Study in order to effectively market & sell your home for top dollar.

These marketing elements will then be used to market your home in a number of different mediums.

Offline still counts. My Marketing staff will create designer brochures that will showcase the homes floor plan with exact measurements, neighborhood amenities (schools, shopping, parks etc.) and create a memorable & informative experience. I personally walk door-to-door informing neighbors, and other South Surrey residents that I have a home for sale in the area and that they are welcome to view the property at your convenience as well as letting them know of any potential open houses.
