Dilraj Sohi has a diverse education and a wealth of experience that gives him a thorough understanding of residential real estate. He has obtained his Architectural and Building Engineering Diploma with a focus in construction, design and economics and has a deep working knowledge of the BC Building Code. He has extensive experience with construction contracts, principals of land development, cost control and planning, feasibility analysis of land, appraisal methods, mortgage financing, commercial trading services, and economic factors affecting the construction industry.
